General Body Meeting of The Indian Carbon Society
The next General Body Meeting (GBM) of The Indian Carbon Society will be held at 5.30 P.M. on 18th February 2026 at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Hyderabad, during the Conference on Advanced Carbon Materials (CACM2026).
The following Agenda items will be discussed.
1. To confirm the minutes of the last General Body Meeting held on 1st December 2023 at BARC, Mumbai and Extraordinary General Body Meeting (EGBM) held on 19th September 2025 at NPL, New Delhi.
2. Presentation of Activity report of the Society since last GBM (Dec.2023)
3. Presentation of the Audited Statement of Accounts of the Society for FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25.
4. To conduct election of the council members of The Indian Carbon Society. Mr. R.K. Seth, Treasurer, ICS has been appointed as Returning Officer by the ICS council in its meeting held on 10.12.2025 at NPL, New Delhi to conduct the elections.
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. You are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting and confirm the same by email.
